What's Covered & For How Long
Every Greelak product ships with a written warranty. We register each project in our CRM so your warranty is traceable and enforceable.
Modular Kitchens
Structural integrity of carcass (BWP plywood), hinges, and drawer channels. Excludes consumable items (handles, countertop staining from misuse).
Wardrobes & Storage
Cabinet structure, sliding/hinged track system, and shelf pin integrity. Soft-close mechanism covered for 5 years from installation date.
Office Furniture (Ofizio)
Commercial-grade 5-year warranty on all Ofizio workstations, reception counters, and storage units. Covers structural integrity and hardware.
UPVC Frames
UPVC profile integrity (no warping, cracking, or colour fade). The industry's standard German UPVC profile comes with a 25-year manufacturer's guarantee.
UPVC Hardware
Locking systems, handles, and espagnolette mechanisms warranted for 5 years under normal residential or commercial use.
Aluminium Partitions
Aluminium profile integrity, glass retention, and hardware (hinges, patch fittings). Excludes glass breakage from external impact.
Wooden Products
Bed frames, TV units, and custom wooden products — structural warranty against material failure, warping, or joint failure.
Glass (All Products)
Glass panels are warranted against seal failure (DGU) and manufacturing defects. Not covered: breakage from impact or misuse.
Lacquer & Finish
Spray lacquer and UV finish on all products is covered for 1 year against peeling or delamination under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

- ✓ BWP plywood delamination or structural failure
- ✓ UPVC profile warping, cracking, or discolouration
- ✓ Hinge and drawer channel malfunction
- ✓ Glass seal failure in double-glazed units
- ✓ Weld joint failure on UPVC frames
What Is Not Covered
- ✗ Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
- ✗ Water damage caused by plumbing leaks (external to our products)
- ✗ Glass breakage from impact
- ✗ Laminate scratches, dents, or chips from daily use
- ✗ Countertop staining from harsh chemicals
- ✗ Modifications or repairs made by third parties
- ✗ Normal wear and tear on handles and surface finishes
Making a Warranty Claim
1. Contact Us
Call, WhatsApp, or email our after-sales team with your project reference number and a description of the issue.
2. Photo Documentation
Send photos or a short video of the defect. Our team will assess whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.
3. Site Assessment
If required, our technician will visit the site to assess the issue in person — typically within 3 working days of your claim.
4. Repair or Replacement
Covered claims are resolved by repair or component replacement at no charge. Target resolution: within 7 working days of approval.
