End-to-End Manufacturing Under One Roof
Our Chennai manufacturing facility houses the complete production chain — from raw material receiving and quality inspection, through CNC processing, finishing, and final quality assurance, to dispatch. By controlling every step in-house, we eliminate supply chain variability and ensure consistent, traceable quality on every order.
Our facility operates across dedicated production zones: a woodworking shop, UPVC fabrication line, glass and aluminium works area, a spray finishing booth, and a dedicated assembly and quality check bay.
How We Manufacture
A structured, sequential production process that ensures quality at every stage.
Step 1: Material Receiving & Inspection
Every incoming material batch is inspected against specification — plywood moisture content, hardware batch certification, and profile section quality. Non-conforming materials are rejected before entering production.
Step 2: Design & CNC Programming
Our design team translates project dimensions into optimised cutting programs. Nesting software maximises material yield, minimising waste. Programs are reviewed before any board is loaded.
Step 3: CNC Panel Processing
Computer Numerical Control panel saws and routers cut every component to 0.1mm accuracy. CNC drilling ensures consistent dowel and hinge positions across the entire batch — eliminating assembly fit issues.
Step 4: Edge Banding
Automated edge banding machines apply PVC or ABS banding to all exposed edges in a single continuous pass — pre-milling, glue application, pressing, and trimming fully automated for a seamless, professional finish.
Step 5: Finishing & Surface Treatment
Laminate pressing, UV lacquer application, or spray painting is carried out in dedicated booths with controlled humidity and temperature. Every surface is inspected under raking light before proceeding.
Step 6: UPVC Fabrication
German UPVC profiles are precision-cut on mitre saws, corner-welded using friction-welding machines, and cleaned to a factory-standard finish. Hardware is fitted and all sashes are test-operated before dispatch.
Step 7: Assembly & Hardware Fitting
Cabinet boxes are assembled, hardware fitted, and doors hung and adjusted in the factory assembly bay. Every drawer is tested for soft-close operation and every hinge adjusted before pack-out.
Step 8: QC Inspection & Dispatch
A final quality control check covers dimensional accuracy, surface finish, hardware operation, and labelling. Only units that clear all checks are packed and dispatched. Factory-trained crews handle site installation.
